Sojido

Simplify

Helping you implement the science and philosophy of the simple into your daily life.

There's Power in Simplicity.

In Focusing on What Matters.

And there’s freedom in choosing.  In deciding what comes into our lives, and in what we remove from it.  In choosing to reduce what we keep in our physical and mental spaces.

And in moving forward in the direction of our unique goals.

Mission

Sojido’s mission is to help people around the world feel a greater sense of control and purpose, and to provide the tools and knowledge that help them make meaningful progress towards their unique life purposes.

Simpler, Happier, More Focused

Sojido is about leading a simpler, happier, richer life through reducing the clutter in it – in all its forms.

Sojido is about finding focus and freedom in simplicity.  Freedom in optimizing our physical spaces, and our days.  In saying “no” to most things, so we can say a huge “yes” to the most important things.

Why Now?

Because we’re overwhelemed.

There’s more clutter coming into our spaces, and into our lives than ever.  There’s more clutter crowding our physical, mental, and digital spaces than ever.

In this Age of Abundance, we have infinite choice.  We have plenty of systems for adding more to our lives, and to our spaces.

What we lack is a system for removing things from our lives.  For reducing overwhelm.  For clarifying our unique goals, and clearing things out so we can focus on what’s most important.

We need a sustainable approach to help us simplify,  to clarify our goals.

Sojido’s mission is to help.

The 3-Step Approach to Simplification

Whether the goal is clearing out clutter, better organizing our physical spaces, improving our nutrition, losing weight, improving our fitness levels, or taking back control of our daily schedules, the basic approach is the same.

Step 1: First, Reduce

Step 2: Add back only what matters

Step 3: Organize and Execute

The first and key question is:  What should be cut?  Wasn’t isn’t adding any value, or worse, is taking away from our ability to perform?

Be thoughtful and deliberate about what we let into our lives.  Evaluate which efforts and habits, if properly developed, will provide the greatest positive affect on our lives.

Organize our spaces, our actions, and our daily lives around only what serves our unique life goals and purposes.

Commit to daily and weekly action.
