Daily Sojido

A daily, empowering practice

Commitment to Daily Action

The Daily Sojido practice is a commitment to daily action.

A daily commitment to yourself; to clear things out, so you can better focus only on what’s most important.

A daily, empowering practice

To use what we know from science and philosophy to lead a simpler, more focused life.

To use the tools available to us to take steps towards, to link our goals, how we want to live our lives, with daily action

Commitment to Daily Action

The Daily Sojido practice is similar to how athletes train.

Little by little, each day, in service of the bigger goal.

It’s a daily commitment to doing something.  A daily affirmation.  A daily empowerment

Basics of the Approach

The approach to the simple is simple.  It consists of three steps which can be applied across many different uses:  from home cleaning and organization goals, to fitness goals, to nutrition goals.

Step 1: Reduce

Step 2: Adding back

Step 3: Organize and Execute

The first and key question is wat can I clear out?  What can I cut?  What can I de-clutter?

Add back only what matters.  Be thoughtful and deliberate about what you let into your life, from your spaces, to your body, to you mind.

Organize your spaces, your habits, your daily life around only what serves your unique goals and life purposes.
